Amanda Nicole Costa and Josiah Redwood Garvey will be united in marriage at 5 p.m. Saturday at Cherokee Park in Aurora. All friends and relatives are invited. Only out-of-town invitations have been sent.

Miss Costa is the daughter of Susan Byassee and Jerry Byassee of Gilbertsville and the late Drake Costa. She is the granddaughter of Pat Beadles of Benton and the late Bob Beadles, and the late Remo and Fern Costa. She is a 2008 graduate of Marshall County High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in middle school education in 2012 from Murray State University, where she was a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority.

Mr. Garvey is the son of Norbert and Marti Garvey of Nashville, Ind. He is the grandson of Marguerite Durkee of Evansville, Ind., and the late William Durkee, and the late Robert and Marian Garvey. He is a 2004 graduate of Brown County High School in Nashville, Ind., and a 2009 graduate of Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He is employed by the Kentucky National Guard.
