Kelsey Anne Winters and Joshua Wayne Carter will be united in marriage at 5 p.m. Saturday at Columbus-Belmont State Park Activities Building in Columbus. All friends and relatives are invited.

Miss Winters is the daughter of Michael Winters and Annette Ringstaff, both of Paducah. She is the granddaughter of Henri and Lillian Chapdelaine of Davenport, Iowa, and the late Marvin and Anna Mae Winters. She is a 2007 graduate of Lone Oak High School and a 2011 graduate of Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is employed by the Carlisle County Schools in Bardwell.

Mr. Carter is the son of Donnie Carter of Arlington and Jeanette King of Bardwell. He is the grandson of Lowell and Carolyn King of Bardwell, Amos Carter of Clinton, the late Mary Lou Carter and the late Pearl Carter. He is a 2006 graduate of Lone Oak High School and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business from Mid-Continent University in Mayfield. He is employed by Remington Firearms in Mayfield.
