Kelsey Shea Hines and Nathaniel Robert Martin will be united in marriage 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, 307 Massac Creek Road, Metropolis, Ill. All friends and relatives are invited. Only out-of-town invitations have been sent.

Miss Hines is the daughter of Ron Hines of New Columbia, Ill., and Susan Hines of Metropolis, Ill. She is the granddaughter of the late Wayne and Ione Angelly, and the late Lavern and Iva Hines. She is a 2008 graduate of Massac County High School in Metropolis, Ill., and a May graduate of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville with a bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology and audiology. She is employed by the State of Illinois Department of Human Services.

Mr. Martin is the son of Jimmy Martin of Metropolis, Ill., and Rosemary Baxter of Richmond. He is the grandson of Esther McDuffee of Metropolis, Ill., and the late James McDuffee, and Jane Martin of Metropolis, and James Reece and Sharon Martin of Metropolis. He is a 2008 graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biblical and theological studies from Boyce College in Louisville. He is employed by FedEx Ground in Louisville.
