Tracy Ann Waterson and Christopher Jason Albritton will be united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Arlington, Va.

Miss Watson is the daughter of Sheila and Peter M. Phelps of Griffin, Ga., and Erin and Frank T. Waterson Jr. of Albany, N.Y. She is the granddaughter of the late Gladys and James A. Fitzsimmons, and the late Bernice and Frank T. Waterson. She is a 2001 graduate of Colonie Central High School in Albany, N.Y., a 2005 graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., and earned a master’s degree in 2007 from George Mason University. She is employed by the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute in Arlington, Va.

Mr. Albritton is the son of Debbie and Edwin F. Albritton of Paducah. He is the grandson of Mary Durbin of Paducah and the late James Alton Durbin, and the late Martha June and Lawrence E. Albritton. He is a 1998 graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School, a 2003 graduate of Murray State University and earned a master’s degree from the University of Leeds in Leeds, England, in 2004. He is employed by the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works in Washington, D.C.
