VIENNA, Ill. — Memorial services for Ellen Averitt Morris, 59, of Vienna will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Inurnment will follow in Vienna Fraternal Cemetery in Vienna.

Mrs. Morris died Monday at Carbondale Memorial Hospital.

She worked as a home health care provider for Addus Home Health Care in Marion and had previously been employed by the Shawnee Development Home Health Care program.

She is survived by her children, Jesse Averitt of Lake of Egypt, Ginger McBride of Vienna and Tonia Averitt of Indianapolis; her stepchildren, Karol Stahl of Simpsonville, S.C., Mike Morris of Springfield, Ore., and Alisa Morris of Kansas City, Kan.; six grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; three brothers; and a sister.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Robert Morris Jr.; a daughter, Angel Averitt; two stepchildren, Randy L. Morris and Kimberly Jakubco; two brothers; and a sister. Her parents were Donald Ray and Leona Agatha Crook Landrus.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
