KEVIL — Mr. and Mrs. Edward Kelley of Kevil recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a family breakfast at IHOP.

Mr. Kelley and the former Wilma Frances Joyner were married Oct. 5, 1946, by Johnny Jobe in Corinth, Miss., in a double ceremony with Emma and Jack Farmer.

Mrs. Kelley is a retired school bus driver and retired after working 36 years at her son’s business, The Shirt Shack. She is the daughter of the late Pauline Brown.

Mr. Kelley retired from USEC. He is the son of the late Frances Ed and Mary Jewell Kelley.

They have two sons: David Kelley of Kuttawa and Stephen Kelley of Calvert City; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
