Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Lowe of West Paducah will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday in Ms. Bea’s Room at Lone Oak First Baptist Church. All friends and relatives are invited.

Mr. Lowe and the former Elaine Grace Rose were married Oct. 3, 1961, by the Rev. Harold Council at Southland Baptist Temple. Their attendants were Robert and Jo Ann Ingram.

Mrs. Lowe was formerly employed by CTS of Paducah for 18 years and also worked as a before and after school supervisor at Community Christian Academy. She is the daughter of the late Frank and Robbie Chambers.

Mr. Lowe is employed by Calvert City Metal Alloys with 50 years’ service. He is the son of the late Robert L. Lowe and the late Effie Lowe and the stepson of the late Helene Lowe.

They have two children: Alicia Turner of West Paducah and Dewaine Lowe of Paducah; and four grandchildren.
