Brandi Lee Bynum and Chad Edward Rogers will be united in marriage at 7 p.m. Friday at The Grand Lodge on Fifth in Paducah. All friends and relatives are invited.

Miss Bynum is the daughter of Ted and Julie Smith of Paducah. Mr. Rogers is the son of Lawrence Rogers of Princeton and Judy Shoulders of Paducah.

Miss Bynum is the granddaughter of Delbert and Vicki Powers of Paducah, Ed and Peggy Taylor of Paducah and Dean Smith of West Frankfort, Ill. She is a 2002 graduate of Reidland High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer sciences in 2006 from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. She is employed by LECORP in Paducah.

Mr. Rogers is the grandson of Wanda Capps of Dawson Springs and the late Monroe Capps, and the late Nina and Ollie Rogers. He is a 2000 graduate of Reidland High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering in 2005 from Murray State University. He is employed by the Tennessee Valley Authority in Paducah.
