Will Thompson worked his way around the basepaths late to help Paducah Tilghman end its baseball regular season with a 3-2, nine-inning win over Murray at Brooks Stadium on Thursday.
Thompson singled in the ninth, stole second and reached third on a wild. Jackson Fristoe then got a single of his own to left field that brought Thompson home with the walk-off winner.
After both teams scored a run in the first inning, the Tigers took the lead when Casey Wilson Ward singled Matthew Harper home in the top of the fifth. The Tornado tied it in the bottom of the seventh when Eric Riffe reached home on a wild pitch.

Livingston 4, Marshall 2 -- At Smithland, when Tate Quertermous doubled to left field in the fifth inning, it brought home the two runs Livingston Central would need to overcome Marshall County. The Marshals got a run in the top of the sixth from a Tyler Belcher RBI single for the final score. Braxton Bebout struck out six in the win.

Ohio 2, Lyon 0 -- At Hartford, Ohio County scored the only two runs of the game off one Lyon County error in the bottom of the third inning. The Lyons' Mad Wadlington and the Eagles' Michael Griffin each doubled for their respective teams.

Webster 4, Trigg 3 -- At Dixon, Logan Erickson drove in the tying run, then scored the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning for Webster County against Trigg County.
Erickson's triple to center field scored Taylor Chandler. He came home with the game-winner for the Trojans on a passed ball. The score was 2-2 entering the seventh when Trevor Cortner singled Micah Brown singled Micah Brown in to give the Wildcats the temporary edge.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, he led off with a triple. After the Cardinals intentionally walked J.T. Weber, Nate Wetzel singled to left field on the second pitch to bring Farmer home. On the mound, Farmer pitched the first five innings and struck out 13.
