The Generation Joshua (GenJ) Club of Paducah took its annual trip to Frankfort on Feb. 28 and March 1. Attendees paged for the House of Representatives both days, toured the Capitol and met with state Reps. Gerald Watkins and Steve Rudy and Sen. Bob Leeper. The club also met with the executive director of the Family Foundation of Kentucky, Kent Ostrander, and his wife, Joyce. From left are Tyler Cunningham, Weslan Banks, Caroline Webb, Caleb Burch, Alissa Cunningham, Lily Silverstein, Emily Hendrix, Olivia Ellis, Amanda Ellis, Hannah Ellis, Aaron Silverstein, Harvest Prude, Samuel Webb, Victoria Poston, Evan Watkins, Alex Harp, Jaclyn White, Skyler Gleue, Matt Johnston, Titus Prude, Clay Watkins and Hunter Watkins. GenJ is a Christian-based civic group for youth 11-19 years of age. The Paducah club meets on the first Friday of every month at 3 p.m. in Crounse Hall, room 101 at WKCTC unless noted otherwise. Visitors 11-19 are welcome.
