Schools host blood drives

The American Red Cross and Graves County elementary schools team throughout the month of March to provide the local community a chance to donate vital blood.

Students are helping to promote the events at their respective schools, and each student can win a shirt for the efforts. Elementary schools will host the Mid-March blood drives between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the following dates and locations:

n Tuesday at Central Elementary School

n March 13 at Fancy Farm, Symsonia and Wingo elementary schools.

n March 14 at Farmington and Lowes elementary schools.
