KUTTAWA — Services for Wilma M. Thorpe, 83, of Kuttawa will be at 2:30 p.m. today, Jan. 5, 2013, at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton. The Rev. Robin Redd will officiate, with burial in Ramey Cemetery in Lyon County.

Mrs. Thorpe died at 2:44 p.m. Thursday,  Jan. 3, 2013, at Caldwell Medical Center.

She was a member of Friendship Methodist Church in Lyon County.

She is survived by one son, Carl Thorpe of San Antonio, Texas; two grandchildren, Emily Christine Thorpe of New Hampshire and Justin Andres Thorpe of San Antonio; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Edward Thorpe, and one brother. Her parents were Ralph and Virgie Rose Blick.

Friends may call from 7 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, until the funeral time at the funeral home.
