Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wayne Andrews of Paducah will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Gospel Assembly Church, 2100 Ohio St., Paducah. All friends and relatives are invited.

Mr. Andrews and the former Betty Lois Jackson were married Jan. 7, 1962, by the Rev. W.T. Garland at Gospel Assembly Church in Paducah. Their attendants were Bill McClintock and Adell Parsley.

Mrs. Andrews is retired from Whitlow, Roberts, Houston & Straub Law Firm. She is the daughter of Glenn Jackson of Paducah and the late Reba Jackson.

Mr. Andrews is retired from TVA’s Shawnee Steam Plant. He is the son of Margie Andrews of Paducah and the late Herschel Andrews.

They have two children: Cheryl Johnson and Chrystie Stanly of Paducah; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
