Tincy Cothran, 83, of Paducah, passed away at 5:14 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at Superior Care Home.

Tincy, as she was known to family and friends, was born in Hazel, Ky., and made Paducah her home since her teenage years. Married to her late husband Eugene for forty years, she was a homemaker who faithfully loved and served her family. Tincy was a fabulous cook and gardener and trained each of her sons in these skills as well. She had a great love for all babies and enjoyed her pets, both dogs and cats. She was a member of Broadway Church Of Christ.

She is survived by four sons, Mike Cothran and wife Ann, Barry Cothran and wife Helen, Jimmy Cothran and wife Evelyn, all of Paducah, and Jac Cothran and wife Diane of Nashville, Tenn.; three grandsons, Aaron Clarkson, Brad Cothran and wife Melissa, and Brandon Cothran; two granddaughters, Alex and Anna Cothran; two great grandchildren, Max and Ella Cothran; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Cothran; her mother, Roxie Hart Williamson; two sisters, Mary Ida and Roxie; and two grandchildren, Christopher Michael and Bridgett Cothran.

Visitation for Mrs. Cothran will be held Friday, November 30, 2012, from 5-7 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 1, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with burial to follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
