Chelsey Schwartz and Ryan David Ballard will be united in marriage at 7 p.m. Saturday at the home of Robert and Sandy Barclay in Clinton. All friends and relatives are invited. Only out-of-town invitations have been sent.

Miss Schwartz is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Schwartz of Clinton. She is the granddaughter of Roberta Barclay of Clinton and the late Charles Barclay, and the late Mr. and Mrs. L.A. “Bud” Schwartz. She is a 2006 graduate of Hickman County High School in Clinton and is attending Murray State University.

Mr. Ballard is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Brent Ballard of Mayfield and the late Tracy Allen. He is the grandson of Ms. Debbie Doran of Hickory, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Moore of Mayfield and Mr. and Mrs. David Ballard of Fancy Farm. He is a 2005 graduate of Graves County High School and is a reservist in the U.S. Army. He is employed by Woodmen of the World Insurance Co.
