MARION — Sandy Lynn Carter, 44, of Marion died Monday at her home.

She attended Pisgah General Baptist Church in Gallatin County, Ill.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin Carter; one daughter, Trista Patterson of Marion; one son, Bryan Carter of Marion; her father, Dean Beavers of Cave-In-Rock, Ill.; her mother, Betty Smith of Shawneetown, Ill., and one sister, Dana Anderson of Kentucky.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home in Cave-In-Rock, with interment in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
