BENTON — Rosetta Jones, 97, of Benton died Sunday at Lake Way Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton.

She was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Benton.

She is survived by one daughter, Patsy Tubbs of Benton; four sons, Jerry Jones of Benton, Gene McGuins of Paducah, Tommy Jones of Benton and Jimmy Jones of Kuttawa; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Jackson Jones; two brothers and one sister. Her parents were William Oscar Hamlet and Nancy Frances Hodge Hamlet.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Benton Cemetery. Robert Chandler and Shane Darnall will officiate. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Wednesday at Collier Funeral Home in Benton.
