Ronnie Neil Knight, 47, of New Orleans died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at his home.

Mr. Knight was a native of Paducah and formerly of Houston. He was a steel fabricator for Carco Inc. in Harvey, La., and was of the Christian faith.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Cain, and stepfather, Phillip Cain of Paducah; one son, Brandon Phillips of Paducah; two brothers, Troy Knight of Houston and Joe Dean Knight of Paducah; two sisters, Stephanie Ryals of Dallas and Brandy Haggerton of Houston, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Joe Knight.

A private burial will be held on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013.

There will be no visitation. Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
