PRINCETON — Phyllis Lane, 79, of Princeton died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at Princeton Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Midway Baptist Church.
She is survived by four sons, Michael Tappy of Galveston, Texas, Steven Hardrick of Eddyville, Henry Johnson of Princeton, and Charles Lane of Hopkinsville; six daughters, Helen Spurling and Stephanie Cotton, both of Eddyville, Lynn Lamb, Jackie Kembel and Jill Cummins, all of Princeton, and Christy Lewis of Hopkinsville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Everette Tappy of Ohio; and one sister, Carolyn Tappy of Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Lane; two sons, Buddy Hardrick and Roger Johnson; one daughter, Glendy Hummell; and two granddaughters. Her parents were Roger and Helen Pennington Tappy.
Visitation will be Friday, January 11, 2013, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Morgan’s Funeral Home. There will be no service.
