KUTTAWA — Pearl Duff, 91, of Kuttawa died Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at the home of her daughter in Kuttawa.
She was a former nurse’s aide at Beverly Farms for the Disabled in Godfrey, Ill., and the former St. Joseph Hospital in Alton, Ill. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by five sons, Jerry, Justion, Jeffrey, and Dennis Duff, all of Kuttawa, and David Duff of Scottsdale, Ariz.: three daughters, Jeane Vinyard of Brighton, Ill., and Janice Strack and Jenette Shockley, both of Kuttawa; 25 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Calvin Duff; one son, Jackie Ray Duff; five sisters, and three brothers. Her parents were Robert Lofton and Clara Elliott Forsythe.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville with the Rev. Randall Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery in Lyon County.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at the funeral home.
