MAYFIELD — Patricia Ann “Duck” Carman, 42, of Mayfield died at 8:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.

She is survived by her mother, Sara A. Carman, and father, John Powell Jr., both of Mayfield; five children, Tavon Carman, Cortez Carman, Zavea Carman, Divari Carman and Catori Carman, all of Mayfield; two sisters, Falisha Carman of Hampton, Va., and Johnnica Powell of Paducah; and six brothers, Alvin Carman of Murray, Brandese Powell of West Plains, Mo., Jonathan Tyler and John W. Powell, both of Mayfield, Tommy Powell of Paducah, and Mark Powell of Henderson.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Michon Carman and Cantrell Carman.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at St. James AME Church in Mayfield with Jake Todd officiating.

Friends may call from after noon Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at the church.
