SALEM — Pamela Jayne (Cowen) Guill, 52, of Salem died Thursday at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare Services.

She is survived by her mother, Carnelia Ramage of Salem; one son, Roy Guill of Carrsville; one daughter, Heidi Guill of Carrsville; her twin brother, Kenny Cowen of Benton; other brothers, Gary Lynn Cowen of Salem, James Cowen of Superior, Wis., and Daniel Lee Cowen of Salem; one sister, Sandra Guess of Eddyville; two stepbrothers, Ronnie Ramage of Smithland, and Mikey Ramage of Tiline; two stepsisters, Elizabeth Henson and Dianne Jones, both of Smithland.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Neal Cowen, and her stepfather, Cleveland Ramage.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Carrsville Cemetery with James Driver officiating. Boyd Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
