PRINCETON — Nancy Jane Matchen Smith, 62, of Conyers, Ga., formerly of Princeton, died Thursday at Home Hospice in Conyers.

She was a member of Voices of Faith in Conyers and office manager in the radiology department at Rockdale Medical Center.

She is survived by her husband, Bruce Smith; one son, Kevin Matchen of Conyers; one stepson, Bruce Smith Jr. of Birmingham, Ala.; one stepdaughter, Tomna Deon Smith of East Point, Ga.; eight grandchildren; 10 brothers, James Vaughn of Indianapolis, Ind., Ralph Mimms of East Point, Ga., Samson Mimms of Gallatin, Tenn., and Jesse Gray, Jerry Gray, William Thomas Mimms, Victor Gray, Anthony Gray, David Gray and Melvin Gray, all of Princeton; and five sisters, Marie Harris, Jackie Wilkerson and Katie Copeland, all of Princeton, and Penny Thornton of Owensboro and Darla Kay Swanson of Indianapolis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Richard Gray and Mary Mimms Vaughn.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Morgan’s Funeral Home with the Revs. Jerry Gray, James Brasher and James Hawkins officiating.

Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
