SALEM — Mildred Sue Martin King, 70, of Salem, died Friday, December 28, 2012, at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was retired from the Livingston County Cooperative Extension Service. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Christopher King of Salem and Robert King of Marion; two stepsons, Greg King of Salem and Tony King of Marion; two brothers, Glendel Martin of Louisville and James W. Martin of Christian County; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Buddy” King, and one brother. Her parents were Almer and Ethel Lancaster Martin.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2012, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors, with the Revs. John East and Clay Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday, December 30, 2012, at the funeral home.
