Henry and Shirley Gollon of West Paducah announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Gollon McKendree, to Brian Howard “Mayor” Mudd, son of Howard S. and Terry Mudd III of Jefferson, N.H., and Walter and Leslie Gordon of Paducah.

Ms. McKendree is a 1991 graduate of Heath High School and attended West Kentucky Community & Technical College. She is employed by Drs. James and Jennifer Brien.

Mr. Mudd is the grandson of Lorraine Wilkey of St. Louis. He is a 1992 graduate of Lone Oak High School and is employed by the U.S. Postal Service.

A July wedding is planned in Paducah.
