MAYFIELD — Lauren Michelle Vaughn and Thomas Matthew Hayden were united in marriage May 14 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayfield with the Rev. Ken Mikulcik officiating. Music was provided by Michelle Williams, vocalist; Michael Skinner, organist; and Kelley Carrico, violinist, all of Mayfield.
The bride is the daughter of Belinda Vaughn of Cuba and Micheal Vaughn of Murray. The groom is the son of George and Emma Hayden of Mayfield.
The bride chose Mrs. Jessica Reeder of Lynnville as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Lindsey Farmer of Paducah and Mrs. Dana Matheny of Wingo. Avery Hayden, son of Tim and Courtney Hayden of Mayfield, served as ringbearer.
The groom chose his brother, Tim Hayden of Mayfield, as his best man. Groomsmen were Zach Reeder of Lynnville and Jason Wilson of Fancy Farm. Serving as ushers were Darren Vaughn of Cuba, brother of the bride, and Chuck Wiggins of Wingo.
A reception followed at the St. Joseph Parish Center. Megan Humphreys of Fulgham attended the guest register.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Graves County High School in Mayfield and a 2009 graduate of West Kentucky Community & Technical College. She is employed as a respiratory therapist at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Graves County High School and a 2005 graduate of West Kentucky Community & Technical College’s industrial electricity program. He is employed by West Kentucky Rural Electric in Mayfield.
The couple resides in Wingo.
