MURRAY — Martha Rogers Hutchens, 78, of Murray died Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

She was a former employee of J.C. Penney and a member of Williams Chapel Church of Christ and Eastern Star 433.

She is survived by two daughters, Melonie Hutchens Lowe and Dawn Hutchens Bramley, both of Murray; one sister, Dorothy Rogers Grogan of Murray, and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Porter Hutchens, and one brother. Her parents were Clifford Franklin and Rella Earl Hanes Rogers.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, in Murray City Cemetery with Rev. Dan Leslie officiating. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2013, at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
