MAYFIELD — Marilyn Ann Brown Parham, 72, of Mayfield died Friday at her home.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mayfield and a retired executive secretary with Allied Bank of Houston.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Parham; one son, Terrence Brown of Circleville, Ohio; three daughters, Sherry Skufca of Oswego, N.Y., Vickie Rodgers of Mayfield, and Shawna Welch of Madisonville, Texas; one brother, Ronnie Manbevers of Zanesville, Ohio; one sister, Lany Rogers of Watertown, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bob Brown; and two grandchildren. Her parents were Eugene and Ruth Manbevers.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
