LA CENTER —  Mallie L. Prince, age 87, died at 8:42 a.m. Sunday morning, January 27, 2013, at Paducah Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Mallie was a member of Cane Creek Baptist Church and retired from Michigan Association of School Personnel.

She is survived by two sons, Stephen Prince and his wife Rhonda of Mayville, Michigan, and Thomas E. Prince and his wife Shalin of Tiline, Ky.; three granddaughters, Autumn Prince, Alesha Prince and Kristen Domke.

Mallie was preceded in death by her husband, Bailey Prince; seven sisters; four brothers, and her parents, Jeff and Nannie May Dowell Bumpous.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 1, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center with the Rev. Dee Hazelwood officiating. Interment will be at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Michigan.

Visitation will be Friday, after 11 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center.
