BARDWELL — Mabel Lucille Teeters, 97, of Bardwell died at 11:03 a.m. Thursday at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.

She was a member of Bardwell Baptist Church and a homemaker.

She is survived by her son, Zane Teeters Sr. of Bardwell; two brothers, Joe Adams of Bardwell and Alden Adams of Hallsville, Mo.; six grandchildren; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bailey Y. Teeters; two sisters; and four brothers; her parents were Roy Stanley and Pearl Cilles Goin Adams.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with the Rev. Rodney Bice officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery.

Friends may call after 11 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
