CADIZ — Services for Lucille Tooke Tyler, 94, of Cadiz will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Rev. Lester Watson and the Rev. O.D. Boyd officiating. Burial will be in East Cadiz Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Tyler died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012, at Shady Lawn Nursing Center in Cadiz.

She was a charter member of East Cadiz Baptist Church and had worked at Shady Lawn Nursing Center.

She is survived by one daughter, Phyllis Garner of Cadiz; two grandchildren, Pam Alexander and Kevin Garner of Cadiz; five great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Tyler; one brother; and one grandchild, Connie Garner. Her parents were John and Sally Reddick Tooke.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at the funeral home.
