HAZEL — Louise Ray, 94, of Hazel died  Friday at Spring Creek Health Care Center in Murray.

She was a housewife and a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ in Henry County, Tenn.

She is survived by one son, Junior Ray of Puryear, Tenn.; one daughter, Martha Lovett of Puryear; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ray; one brother; and two sisters. Her parents were Dennis and Ora Lamb

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Bethlehem Church of Christ in Henry County. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Henry County.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Sunday at Imes-Miller Funeral Home in Hazel.
