Leroy Elmore, 77, of Chicago, formerly of Paducah, died Oct. 21 at his home.

He is survived by a daughter, Ann Trice of Nashville, Tenn.; a brother, the Rev. Franklin Elmore of Chicago; two sisters, Classie Jackson and Inette Johnson, both of Paducah; a stepsister, Mary Sue Elmore of Las Vegas, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou Elmore; four sisters, and six brothers. His parents were George Elmore and Mary Mason Williams

A memorial service will be planned.
