Kevin K. Ayers, age 55, of Paducah passed away at 3 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at his residence.

Mr. Ayers was a native of Metropolis, Ill.

He is survived by his four children, Rae Ann Spann of Boaz, Ky., Katherine Lee Ayers of Bandana, Ky., Lucas Ryan Ayers of Paducah and Jacob Paul Ayers of Calvert City, Ky.; his mother, Joyce Harris Ayers of Paducah; two sisters, Sherry Ayers and Theresa Walter, both of Paducah; his grandmother, Mary Kaletch of Paducah; two grandchildren, Gavin Cole Spann and Kallie McKenna Spann, both of Boaz; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Keith Ayers, and a sister, Marilyn Ayers Richardson.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the Keeling Family Funeral Home with the family presiding.

Friends may visit with the family Saturday from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour.
