FULTON — Kenneth Ray “K.R.” Taylor, 77, of Fulton died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at his home.

He retired after 34 years as an employee of Continental General Tire & Rubber Company, where he worked in final finish.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Taylor; three sons, Dennis Taylor of Fulton, Michael Taylor of Palmersville, Tenn., and Kenny Joe Taylor of Mayfield; one daughter, Mary Alice “Sister” Travis of Palmersville, Tenn.; three sisters, Sara Ramsey of New Mexico, Linda Ruth Woodal of Kankakee, Ill., and Glenda Granger of Bradley, Ill.; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother; and one grandson. His parents were Allen and Bueton McClain Taylor.

A private memorial service will be held later. Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield is in charge of arrangements.
