Robert and Jane Kelp of Rockville, Ind., announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Jo Kelp, to Wesley Duane Sanders, son of Duane and Amy Sanders of La Center.

Miss Kelp is also the daughter of the late Linda Kelp. She is the granddaughter of Rita Hoskins of Hillsboro, Ind., and the late Burl Hoskins, and Barbara and Durrell Kelp of New Richmond, Ind. She is a 2002 graduate of Fountain Central High School in Veedersburg, Ind., and earned a bachelor’s degree in agriculture sales and marketing in 2008 from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind., where she was a member of Sigma Alpha sorority. She is employed by the Ballard County Co-op in La Center.

Mr. Sanders is the grandson of James and Kitty Burnley of Kevil, and Beverly Wallace and Wayne Sanders, both of Paducah. He is a 2003 graduate of Ballard Memorial High School in La Center and is employed by NewPage in Wickliffe.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 10 at the home of Duane and Amy Sanders in La Center. All friends and relatives are invited. Only out-of-town invitations are being sent.
