MAYFIELD — Judy Ann Doublin Gourley, 47, of Mayfield died Friday, March 8, 2013, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.

She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband, Shane Gourley; three daughters, Melissa Palmer, Kayla Derevage, and Prisilla Derevage, all of Mayfield; two sisters, Rhoda Farris and Sally Doublin, both of Mayfield, and two granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by one sister; and one brother. Her parents were James “Pop” and Ola Mae Bell Doublin.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at Byrn Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Stinson Sr. officiating.

Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2013, at the funeral home.
