PANAMA CITY, Fla. — Mary Jordan Thompson and Joshua Steven Doggett were united in marriage July 2 at Moonspinners Condominiums in Panama City with Brent Shelton officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Mary Thompson of Symsonia, Ky. The groom is the son of Paul and Rhonda Doggett of Boaz, Ky.

The bride chose her sister, Miss Taylor Thompson of Symsonia, as her maid of honor.

The groom chose Riley Thompson of Symsonia, brother of the bride, as his best man.

A reception followed.

The bride is a 2009 graduate of Graves County High School in Mayfield, Ky., and attends West Kentucky Community & Technical College. She is employed by Panera Bread of Paducah.

The groom is a 2009 graduate of Graves County High School and is employed by the Graves County School District and J.U. Kevil in Mayfield.

The couple reside in Boaz, Ky.
