Josephine Cunningham, 89, of Symsonia, died 10:55 a.m. Friday at Calvert City Convalescent Center in Calvert City.

She was a member of Oak Level United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Paula West of Hardin; three sons, Jerry Cunningham of Symsonia, Ricky Cunningham of Grand Rivers, and Ronnie Cunningham of Symsonia; one sister, Mary Alice Cunningham of Benton; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleatus Cunningham; one brother; and three sisters; she was the daughter of Richard and Opal Walker Roach.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Collier Funeral Chapel in Benton with the Rev. Joe Daryl Thorn officiating. Burial will be at Oak Level Cemetery.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
