Joseph Harold Noocha, 49, of Arizona died Sept. 30 in Arizona.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Surviving are his parents, John and Diane Potter of Ledbetter; three sons, Christopher Noocha, Dakota Noocha, and Matthew Noocha; two sisters, Sarah Noocha and Jennifer Potter, both of Paducah; and one brother, John Potter Jr. of Paducah.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Keeling Family Funeral Home in Paducah with the Rev. Topper Council officiating.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
