Joseph Scott Lacewell, 36, of Paducah, formerly of Mayfield, died Monday in a motor vehicle wreck.

He was employed by CWI and was a member of Bellview Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Joleen Lacewell; two sons, Ethan and Tyler Steele, both of Paducah; his father, Ricky Lacewell of Mayfield; his mother, Nancy Becker of Mayfield; and his grandmother, Joyce Jackson of Mayfield.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Odean Jackson, and grandparents L.J. and Pauline Lacewell.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield with burial to follow in Highland Park Cemetery.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
