SALEM — Mr. John Patrick Ruschmeyer, 20, of Salem, Ky., passed away Friday, November 2, 2012, at his home.

He is survived by his parents, Fred and Shari Ruschmeyer of Salem; one brother, Jared Franklin of Salem; one sister, Megan Ruschmeyer of Pekin, Ill.; a grandmother, Mel B. Porter of Salem; and several aunts; and uncles.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m., at the Pinckneyville Baptist Church, with Rev. Jim Wring officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Human Society of the United States.
