HAZEL — Jeffrey Shane Tidwell, 52, of Hazel died Monday.

He is survived by his mother, Ella Van Poyner Tidwell of Hazel; one sister, Joni Gayle Tidwell of Jupiter, Fla.; and one aunt and uncle, Dan and Lutricia Poyner of Hazel.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles H. Tidwell,

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at  J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale officiating. Burial will follow in  Murray Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
