CADIZ — James E. Randall, of Cadiz died Friday evening, February 1, 2013, at Shady Lawn Nursing Home.

He was a retired equipment operator from Grinnell in Cincinnati, Ohio, served as a city councilman, volunteer firefighter and EMT in Arlington Heights, Ohio, and was a member of Ponderosa Baptist Church.

He is survived by one son, Jeff Hughes of Reading, Ohio; two daughters, Rhonda Howard of Cadiz and Jamie Heidelberg of Heidelberg, Miss.; one sister, Carol Parsley of Cincinnati; and seven grandchildren.

His wife, Juanita “Kim” Randall, died Saturday, February 2, 2013. His parents were Lee and Elizabeth Sears Randall.

Joint memorial services will be at a later date for James E. Randall and his wife, Juanita “Kim” Randall.
