LA CENTER — James Andrew Lambert, age 69, formerly of Kevil, passed away Friday, February 1, 2013, at his home.

He was born March 9, 1943, to James and Lola Pearl Thompson Lambert in Paducah. Jimmy spent most of his life as a farm laborer before retirement.

He is survived by one sister, Betty Riggins; one nephew, Gary Hedges of Bolder City, Nev.; and numerous friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lola Pearl Lambert; two brothers; and two sisters.

Visitation for James Andrew Lambert will begin at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Morrow Funeral Chapel of La Center. Graveside Services will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in La Center at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Bud Culp officiating.
