Hawkins-Pickens

Belinda Hawkins and Kent Hawkins of Mayfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaitlyn Dawn Hawkins, to Cory Dale Pickens, son of Lucretia Colley of Mayfield and Terry Pickens of Wingo.

Miss Hawkins is the granddaughter of Shirley Davidson of Mayfield and the late Max Davidson, and Billy and Margie Hawkins of Mayfield. She is a 2008 graduate of Mayfield sports_high_school and is attending Murray State University. She is employed by First Kentucky Bank.

Mr. Pickens is the grandson of Susan and David Douglas of Water Valley, Gerald and Wanda McCallon of Union City, Tenn., and Bobby Pickens of Wingo and the late Norma Jo Pickens. He is the great-grandson of Mary Lou Hogg of Fulton. He is a 2005 graduate of Mayfield sports_high_school and a 2009 graduate of West Kentucky Community & Technical College. He is employed by Randy’s Body Shop of Paducah.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 6 p.m. May 21 at The Chamber of Commerce in Mayfield. All friends and relatives are invited to the wedding and reception following at The Gathering on Broadway in Mayfield. Only out-of-town invitations are being sent.
