BURNA — Harold Dean Vaughn, 71, of Lexington, formerly of Burna, died Sunday, March 10, 2013.

He had worked for Contel, GTE and Verizon Telephone.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Vaughn; one son, Christopher Vaughn of Burna; one sister, Dorothy Wilson of Burna; one brother, Bobby Vaughn of Paducah; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Vaughn Donoho; and two brothers. His parents were Melvin and Elva May Vaughn.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Clark Legacy Center in Nicholasville, followed by a gathering of family and friends until 2 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to any hospice organization.
