CADIZ — Glenda Bridges Lawrence, 71, of Cadiz died Wednesday at her home.
She was a member of Dyers Chapel United Methodist Church. She was employed by Pennyrile Allied Community Services.
She is survived by one son, Jerry Wayne Lawrence of Calvert City; two daughters, Kim Mitchell and Missy Burges of Cadiz; six grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry B. Lawrence; three brothers; and two sisters.
Her father was Mount Vernon Bridges, and her mother and stepfather were Nora Ambie Bridges and Twyman Mason Hughes.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz with the Revs. Ames Shuck and Charles Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Lawrence Cemetery in Trigg County.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
