BOAZ — Mr. and Mrs. Freddy Harding of Boaz will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Bellview Baptist Church in Paducah. All friends and relatives are invited. The couple request no gifts.

Mr. Harding and the former Doris Kay Dunn were married Sept. 29, 1962, in Brookport, Ill., by Ellis Crouch, justice of the peace. Their attendants were Billy and Janice Lowery.

Mrs. Harding is the daughter of the late Earl and Trudie Dunn.

Mr. Harding is a retired engineer with the Crounse Corp. He is the son of the late Garrett and Daisy Harding.

They have three children: Starla Hayden of Bushnell, Fla., Ronda McNeill of Windermere, Fla., and Ronald “Bub” Harding of Boaz; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
