MAYFIELD — Frances Hammond, 82, of Mayfield died at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at her home.
She was a retired cook and seamstress.
She is survived by three daughters, Maxine McClellan of Southaven, Miss., Brenda Palmer of Mayfield, and Diane Tyer of Richmond; a son, Jerry Vaughn of Alamo, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Her parents were Malcolm P. and Lilly M. Elrod Moore.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield with the Rev. Chad Lamb officiating.
Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
